Template requests
Use the "Request a template" button on the home page — that goes to the same inbox and we batch-review it weekly.
Bug reports
If something is broken in the builder, include:
- Which template you were using
- What browser (Chrome / Firefox / Safari) and roughly what version
- What you tried, and what happened instead
- A screenshot if possible
