How it works

Three steps. About five minutes if you have your details on hand.

1

Pick a template

Browse the gallery and click any template that fits the role you're applying for. ATS-friendly templates are best for online job applications. Modern and Creative templates work well when a recruiter or hiring manager will read it directly. Academic CVs are multi-page. Biodata is for matrimonial use.

You can switch templates later without losing your edits, as long as you stay within the same category.

2

Fill the form

The form panel on the left has a section for each part of your resume. Click a section to expand it. Drag the handle to reorder sections. Use the eye icon to hide a section without deleting it.

You can also add a custom section (e.g. Volunteering, Certifications) using the "Add a section" button. Custom sections support paragraphs and bullet lists.

Tweak the accent color, typeface, and font size from the topbar. Your work is saved to your browser as you type — refreshing won't lose anything.

3

Download the PDF

Click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens. For the cleanest output:

  • Set Margins to None.
  • Uncheck Headers and footers (otherwise your browser adds the URL and date).
  • Choose Save as PDF as the destination.

The output is 8.5×11" (US Letter). Most ATS systems accept this size.
